Vinyasa Krama Yoga

The Dance of Breath

Vinyasa Krama Yoga comes to us from an ancient lineage of Himalayan monks and originally was destined to train and focus the mind of a warrior.

Based and focused only on breath, the Vinyasas (sequences) are progressing into a graceful "dance" with only soundtrack  our own breathing sound.

A deeply relaxing, rejuvenating and restorative practice that not only trains the body but the mind too and invites vital energy, Prana, into our bodies!
