ANÁSA
Peloponnese, Greece - September 20–28, 2026
Women’s Dance, Yoga & Meditation Retreat
Anása (á¼€νάσα) — Breath.
The softening. The opening. The sacred inhale that brings you home to yourself.

In Greek, “πάρε μια ανάσα” means “take a breath”, a gentle reminder to pause, reset, and return to presence.
This retreat is that breath.

A spacious pause between who you have been… and who you are ready to become.
A sanctuary to reset, renew, reconnect, remember, and ignite the truest expression of you.

Imagine beginning each day surrounded by nature and sea views, sharing laughter with a circle of women who feel like sisters. Exploring the land with curiosity, allowing your inner child to play, to soften, to feel awe again. Savoring nourishing, lovingly prepared meals that feed not only your body, but your heart.
Feel the relief as you exhale the heaviness you’ve been carrying and reconnect with the vibrant magic within you. This is a journey back to joy, to aliveness, to the version of you that breathes fully and lives deeply.

Together, we will move, breathe, dance, meditate, rest, explore, and remember who we are. You will be held in a warm, joyful, supportive space where stories are shared, walls come down, and true connection can flourish.
Here, you are invited to align body, heart, mind, and spirit — to express, to release, to rediscover your inner wisdom and your personal magic.
Come dive deep, peel back the layers, and let your spirit soar as you reclaim the beauty of who you are.

About your guides :

Lisa Beck is first and foremost a spiritual seeker, then… yogini, dancer, performer, teacher, writer, clothing designer and curator and tour guide. She has led 3 successful women’s tours of both North and South India and looks forward to sharing and exploring her new second home of Greece on this upcoming tour. These days, Lisa prefers to call her suitcase “home”, and is now devoted to travelling the globe…to further learn, explore, connect and share all that she loves with others.
One of her many gifts is creating a safe and nurturing space for women to explore – both inside and outside – with courage, love and an adventurous spirit! Lisa’s studies in Odissi classical dance have taken her from California to Kauai, India and now Greece. She is a devoted student of Shakti School of Dance and Colleena Shakti and works on the administration team for this beloved school.

Elina Kikili is a dynamic, joyful, spirited woman who is a brilliant cook, storyteller and ballerina! She is a certified nutrition advisor, homeopathic student and also a student of Shakti School of Dance, Colleena Shakti and Raki Kalbeliya for many years. Driven by love and devotion to dance art forms she crafted a lifelong path to spiritual growth and self-realization.
Elina’s passion to improve her dance led her to study human body anatomy and physiology, and holistic healing methods. Learning Thai massage came intuitively, and is a popular body worker (and ballet teacher) in Liverpool, UK and Greece.
