Elina is a qualified ballet teacher and a graceful dancer. Driven by love and devotion to dance art forms she crafted a lifelong path to spiritual growth and self-realisation. Elina's passion to improve her dance led her to study human body anatomy and physiology, and holistic healing methods that recover and recuperate injuries that a dancer frequently faces. Learning Thai massage came intuitively, and the opportunity arose during her travels in Thailand, where she was learning and experiencing new dance forms.
Elina is an inquisitive soul that loves learning; she is certified nutrition adviser and an excellent cook, working every summer at Shakti Summer School offering to students delicious and highly nutritional foods. She studies homeopathy, and has attended various workshops and courses in Shiatsu, Indian Ayurvedic and Rolfing massage therapies to enhance her practice.
When you are in Elina's hands, you are in good hands!

Healing Dance & Movement
Traditional Thai Massage, or Thai Yoga Massage, is a unique and powerful healing art that has been an integral part of traditional Thai medicine for thousands of years.
Thai Yoga Massage is a truly wonderful experience for both giver and receiver as energy blockages are released, boundaries dissolve and deep healing occurs in a space of presence and meditation.
In a unique way, Thai massage blends elements of acupressure, yoga, reflexology, physiotherapy, meditation, energy healing, chiropractic and Ayurveda.
The benefits of Thai Yoga Massage are countless. By freeing the flow of vital energy in the body, Thai Massage can improve posture, breathing, flexibility, digestion and circulation. Muscles are stretched, inner organs toned, and emotional and nervous tension is reduced. Often a deep sense of peace can be experienced during and after a treatment.
It can also be of great therapeutic benefit for a range of specific problems and conditions, such as headaches, back pain, digestive disorders, shoulder and neck tension, joint pain, menstruation problems, insomnia and other stress related conditions.
Eating a balanced diet is vital for good health and well-being. Food provides our bodies with the energy, protein, essential fats, vitamins and minerals to live, grow and function properly. We need a wide variety of different foods to provide the right amounts of nutrients for good health.
Combined with physical activity and massage therapies, a balanced diet can help you:
* Restore, reach and maintain a healthy weight,
* Reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer),
* Develop, replace and repair cells and tissues,
* Produce energy to keep warm, move and work,
* Protect against, resist and fight infection and recover from sickness and injuries,
* Promote your overall health.
Sometimes bodily aches and pains are felt not only when we over-exercise but as a result of lack of exercise! We experience stiffness and sore muscles because our body craves for more movement.
Elina through her long movement and dancing experience she has discovered the proper exercises to strengthen the body without causing any injury!
Combining Yoga, Pilates, Ballet, Barre a Terre (floor technique for injured ballet dancers), Alexander technique and Physiotherapy, she can offer a holistic program of movement therapy tailored to each person's needs to achieve maximum rehabilitation results safely and within a short period of time.
Elina is also offering weekly dance classes, workshops and private 1-1 sessions of Ballet, Odissi classical Indian dance and Khalbelia Rajasthani dance
