We are here to help!

Our mission is to provide people with a greater sense of well-being and vitality, and an enhanced overall experience of life.

What we do:

We offer a unique blend of Thai Massage therapy, healing dance and movement modalities, as well as nutritional guidance to give you relief from tension, body aches, injuries and stress.

The ancient technique of Thai massage stimulates the body's self-healing process and restore lost energy. It blends elements of acupressure, yoga, reflexology, physiotherapy, meditation, energy healing, chiropractics and Ayurveda, promoting the benefits of all the above in one single treatment.

We offer a blend of dance movements, guided meditation and healing flow inspired by nature, and the elements.

Feel your roots grounding into the earth like the tree. Feel your body soften and become more receptive like the sea. Embody openness and expansiveness like the big sky above

We offer dietary guidance and highly nutritious original recipes that give the body more energy, strength, and stamina while being gentle on digestion and delicious to your taste buds. With our extensive research and training in body therapy, dance, and nutrition, you are gently guided to become more mindful as you eat and prepare your food!

Combining rehabilitative, mindful exercises with a tailored nutrition and wellness protocol, our therapeutic treatments will help you recover from discomfort, injury and boost your immune system and overall health.

About Elina Kikili:

Elina is a seasoned ballet teacher, graceful dancer and performer.

Driven by her love of and devotion to dance, she crafted a lifelong path in spiritual growth and self- realization.

Her passion in dance led her to study human body anatomy and physiology, as well as holistic healing methods that recover and recuperate injuries often faced by dancers.

Learning Thai massage came intuitively, and the opportunity arose during her travels in Thailand, where she was researching and studying new dance styles.

Elina is an inquisitive soul who loves learning; she is certified nutrition adviser and chef, providing delicious and highly nutritious foods at dance and yoga retreats throughout the year. As a ballerina who struggled with body image and weight, then as a teacher who witnessed similar issues with her students, Elina took it upon herself to study nutrition and wellness. She has successfully created and adapted popular dishes which truly nourish a dancer’s body - especially during the summer months in Greece where she is the resident chef at various retreats and intensive dance trainings.

Her original and adapted recipes are beloved by dancers, yogis, musicians and anyone

interested in healthy delicious meals for an active life!

Elina is also a student of homeopathy, Shiatsu, Ayurveda and Rolfing massage therapies.

When you are in Elina's hands, you are in good hands!

Healing Dance & Movement

Traditional Thai Massage, or Thai Yoga Massage, is a unique and powerful healing art that has been an integral part of traditional Thai medicine for thousands of years.
Thai Yoga Massage is a truly wonderful experience for both giver and receiver as energy blockages are released, boundaries dissolve and deep healing occurs in a space of presence and meditation.
In a unique way, Thai massage blends elements of acupressure, yoga, reflexology, physiotherapy, meditation, energy healing, chiropractic and Ayurveda.

The benefits of Thai Yoga Massage are countless. By freeing the flow of vital energy in the body, Thai Massage can improve posture, breathing, flexibility, digestion and circulation. Muscles are stretched, inner organs toned, and emotional and nervous tension is reduced. Often a deep sense of peace can be experienced during and after a treatment.

It can also be of great therapeutic benefit for a range of specific problems and conditions, such as headaches, back pain, digestive disorders, shoulder and neck tension, joint pain, menstruation problems, insomnia and other stress related conditions.

Eating a balanced diet is vital for good health and well-being. Food provides our bodies with the energy, protein, essential fats, vitamins and minerals to live, grow and function properly. We need a wide variety of different foods to provide the right amounts of nutrients for good health.

Combined with physical activity and massage therapies, a balanced diet can help you:

* Restore, reach and maintain a healthy weight,
* Reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer),
* Develop, replace and repair cells and tissues,
* Produce energy to keep warm, move and work,
* Protect against, resist and fight infection and recover from sickness and injuries,
* Promote your overall health.

Sometimes bodily aches and pains are felt not only when we over-exercise but as a result of lack of exercise! We experience stiffness and sore muscles because our body craves for more movement.

Elina through her long movement and dancing experience she has discovered the proper exercises to strengthen the body without causing any injury!

Combining Yoga, Pilates, Ballet, Barre a Terre (floor technique for injured ballet dancers), Alexander technique and Physiotherapy, she can offer a holistic program of movement therapy tailored to each person's needs to achieve maximum rehabilitation results safely and within a short period of time.

Elina is also offering weekly dance classes, workshops and private 1-1 sessions of Ballet, Odissi classical Indian dance and Khalbelia Rajasthani dance
